Decided it was time to share my “modeling 101” and how to become a model tips!

I’ve been a fashion model for well over 10 years (yikes!) and have gone through the process of getting an agency many times. Figured I could share my knowledge in hopes it helps someone or provides insight into a mysterious industry.

What a weekend!! Sorry for the late post today, but we were so busy all weekend I had to upload Monday morning this week instead of the usual Sunday night.

This weekend Troy and I drove from NYC to upstate New York with a bunch of friends. On Saturday our group split up to do different activities. We decided to visit West Point Military Academy so Troy could show me where he went to school!

As a Canadian, the world of US military is very foreign to me and I pretty much have zero grasp on the industry as a whole. It was very interesting to see what it’s like to go to a military university/college, so so SOOOOO different from my uni experience lol.

OH MY LAWWWDDDDDDD THIS PUPPER IS TOO CUTE!!

I might have gone a bit overboard on the puppy footage in today’s New York City vlog but I just couldn’t help myself!

The last week or so has not been the greatest – I’ve been sick with the flu and my voice sounds pretty terrible. So, apologies about THAT.

We’re in NYC for a few days and there’s so much to do it’s honestly kind of overwhelming, but I will definitely keep you updated and look forward to seeing you again on Sunday!

Digital dating.

I feel like Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City writing this post. AKA an unqualified person giving advice on a topic I myself have not mastered. hahahha. Really though.

Either way, thought it would be fun to have a bit of a chat with my friend Egith on the Do’s & Don’ts of Digital Dating. We go as far to show you our Tinder and Bumble accounts, and share what kind of things have worked for us on the respective platforms.

Dating apps are like the wild west, but in my opinion, can have some serious upside if you dedicate a significant amount of time to it and are smart about the process.
